Job Summary
CIFORD Kenya is seeking two (2) responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Officers to safeguard our premises, staff, visitors, and property. The ideal candidates must demonstrate integrity, vigilance, and commitment to duty.
Key Responsibilities
- Guard and patrol assigned premises to prevent theft, damage, or unauthorized access
- Monitor entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles
- Observe, report, and respond to suspicious activities or security incidents
- Ensure safety of organizational assets and equipment
- Maintain security records and follow established procedures
- Perform any other security-related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
- KCPE or Form Four Certificate (minimum)
- Previous experience as a Security Officer/Watchman is an added advantage
- Physically fit, alert, and of good conduct
- Honest, disciplined, and reliable
- Ability to work day and night shifts
- Good communication and reporting skills
