CIFORD Kenya is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Communication Officer Intern to join our team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow CIFORD’s social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Develop mission-driven content, including graphics, videos, and posts.
  • Edit professional-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Design creative materials using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Create innovative communication campaigns with limited resources.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to CIFORD’s mission and values.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and growing social media platforms.
  • Skills in content creation, video editing, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Creativity and adaptability in developing impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in a related field, such as Public Health, Community Health, or Health Sciences.
  • Proficiency in riding a motorcycle for fieldwork (essential).
  • Fluency in speaking Turkana is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Passion for community health and a commitment to improving healthcare access.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
